Neyhart, Anderson, Flynn & Grosboll is the latest configuration of the union-side labor law firm founded by former California Supreme Court Justice Mathew O. Tobriner in 1935.  After Justice Tobriner’s departure, the firm was carried on by Stanley Neyhart and Joseph Grodin.  Mr. Grodin also later served on the California Supreme Court.

Since its inception, the members of the firm have been engaged exclusively in the practice of Labor Relations law for union clients, Trust Fund law for labor-management employee benefit funds and the representation of individual employees in employment matters.  While remaining small, the firm has always maintained a reputation for the highest quality of legal representation for its clients.
