On Facebook we have a group for danish food in Thailand there a guy posted a picture of a hotdog he had made all by himself. Even though I have never had the love for hotdogs, I suddenly got an animal craving and immediately got all in - must have hotdog.

A hotdog consists of :

• A hotdog bread sliced half open in the middle - we make ourself as part of this recipe.
• A long sausage to be wrapped by the half sliced bread - we buy.
• Remoulade - we make ourself as part of this recipe.
• Ketchup - we buy.
• Mustard - we buy.
• Onions fresh - we buy (I don't have a garden)
• Crispy fried onions - we make ourself as part of this recipe.
• Picles - we make ourself in another recipe.
• And this particular hotdog have added :
  • Salad - from our own hydroponics project.
  • Butter - we make ourself in another recipe.

The hotdog bread

Ingredients :

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp gaer
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• a little butter
• appropriate amount of flower

Bake the bread 12 minutes at 220 degrees celcius.
